RETREATS

The Newman Center offers retreats in both the Fall and Spring Semesters. We have an annual Fall Retreat in October and go skiing in February! We hope to expand our retreat program and offer additional shorter retreats for those who can't get away for long periods of time.

Fall Retreat: November 2, 3, 4, 2012

This Fall we will be staying at John XXXIII Pastoral Center in Charleston. The theme of this year's retreat...get ready for it..."Catholic Myth Busters!" We will be diving head first into our Catholic faith, picking apart some popular misconceptions and learning to defend them with scripture and theological dicussion. We are very excited about this! The cost for students is only $30. This covers your lodging and meals for the entire weekend. Sign up at the Newman Center by Monday, October 29th!

Winter Retreat

Every winter we go on a Ski Retreat (during the spring semester). The dates are TBA. It is always a great weekend filled with skiing and prayerful reflection. Check back here for details!

Outings

The Newman Center offers many social outings each semester such as bowling, laser tag, ice skating, concerts and more! We are open to suggestions!
